By accessing and using the Impersoniq website located at impersoniq.ai (the "Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.
Impersoniq provides information about its AI consulting, implementation, and managed services for organizations. The Site is intended to inform prospective clients about our offerings and to facilitate initial contact. Paid website design, hosting, email, and domain work is governed by section 12 (Website paid services). Paying a Stripe invoice that links to that section is acceptance of those terms.
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Impersoniq or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:

When you submit information through our contact form, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to submit such information. Submission of a contact form does not create a contractual relationship between you and Impersoniq. Any business engagement requires a separate written agreement.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Impersoniq does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Impersoniq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, even if Impersoniq has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. Impersoniq has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Linking to a third-party site does not imply endorsement by Impersoniq.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
Impersoniq reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

contact@impersoniq.aiThis section governs website design, setup, hosting, optional email, and optional domain registration from Impersoniq, LLC. By paying a Stripe invoice that links here, you agree to this section. Payment is acceptance. A unique contract PDF is not required.
The one-time setup fee is for Impersoniq to create a marketing website to your specifications. List price is US$500. Friends-and-family customers receive a US$200 discount, so US$300 is due, shown as a discount on the invoice. A thin brief is acceptable. Setup does not include monthly hosting, a custom domain, or custom email. Build work does not start until the setup invoice is paid in full.
After setup is paid, Impersoniq gives you a CloudFront preview URL for review. That is not public launch. Launch on your custom domain happens only after you approve the preview, a domain is ready, and monthly hosting is active with a card on file.
Hosting is a separate subscription on a card on file: US$40 per month (standard) or US$20 per month (friends and family). If you cancel hosting, Impersoniq takes the site down but keeps the source repository in case you return. Contact Impersoniq to cancel.
You may use a domain you already own (Impersoniq needs DNS access) or ask us to register one for US$20 per year on a separate yearly invoice. You remain the registrant with the email you gave us. If you cancel hosting, Impersoniq surrenders or transfers a domain we registered. We will not create an email or registrar account in your name. Custom email addresses are a separate US$300 one-time setup.
Contact-form submissions are emailed to your business, not to Impersoniq staff. You are responsible for copy, prices, photos, and logos; we may use a logo placeholder until you supply a file. Sites are built to be modern, mobile-friendly, and prepared for search engines. Impersoniq does not promise rankings, traffic, or sales. Reasonable revisions during the initial build are included.
After the first successful hosting payment, you receive Nexus (nexus.impersoniq.ai) to view your plan and update your card. Website-only customers do not receive a Claude assistant connector.
